Samba Server

Samba server  is a service of Linux that can to share data from Linux to Microsoft and from Microsoft to Linux. Samba is supported to Server Management Block (SMB) and Common Internet File Systems (CIFS). This is allowed Samba applications connect to interface in Microsoft network to give process the other network system. Samba has high capacity that is prepared like to Windows NT Domain Controller/Server by allowed it can use to like to Central Server for many Microsoft based workstations. All printers resource, share permissions and user account can stored by Linux Samba Server.

When we installed already
[root@localhost ~]# rpm -qa|grep samba

When we installed packet of samba already, we must edit file smb.conf.

[root@localhost ~]# vi /etc/samba/smb.conf
